Model JBZ-500 TOP-speed Automatic Paper Plate Forming Machine was developed and researched in order to meet the market requirement. Standard JBZ-500 Paper plate machine has two working stations, each station install one set of mold and each station has separately PLC digital control and electric control.
It is widely applied to make paper plate (or aluminum foil laminated paper plate) in round (rectangle, square, circular, or irregular) shape. Machine speed changes against the material (paper) thickness and the plate size.

      * Single PE paper cup usually for hot drink cup ,like coffee ,tea ;double PE paper usually for both             hot and cold drink cup ,like ice cream cup
       * Standard paper cup machine can make max bottom size is 65-70mm ,max height is 115 mm ,if          your size is bigger than this ,we will make bigger machine for you .

2. What Is The Packing Way Of The Machine?
Usual , With wooden cases packing or iron tray packing.

3. What Is The Machine Delivery Time ?
As usual, 30--50 days shippment after received your deposits.

4. How About The Machine Guarantee?
One year. During this period, any parts damaged caused by machineself, the seller will repair/replace the spare parts for free ,but courier costs will be paid by your side . After one year, the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost. The machine service is all around the machine life.

5. What About The Machine Installation And Training ?
If customer request, we will send our technician to install and train operation, but all costs should be covered by buyer. ( including getting visa, 2-way air tickets, food. Hotel. Local traffic, translator, salarys ).

6.What Is The Terms Of Payment ?
By 100%T/T , 30% of deposits should be paid in advanced , then 70% of balance should be paid before shippment . or L/C at sight , both are ok .
